There are many possibilities and we are happy to create a suitable package for you.
Participation rates 2026
Special onsite rate: Exhibitors who apply onsite during Intertraffic China 2025 (28–30 April) benefit from a reduced rate of just € 265.00 per m² (excluding stand construction) – the lowest available rate.
Participants who apply between 1 May 2025 and 1 January 2026 benefit from an EARLY BIRD rate of € 295.00.

International surcharge excl. VAT
A once-off international surcharge of € 375.00 (excl. VAT) is charged for each registration, which is non-refundable.
This registration fee includes:
- Name on participants list in the exhibition catalogue
- Name on participants list website of www.intertraffic.com
- Company page ('Company profile') for brief company presentation at our website
- Exhibitor badges (based on the size of the stand)
For each additional company that exhibits within the space rented by the main participant, a registration fee of € 375.00 will be charged to the main participant. This 'co-exhibitor' will receive the same package as the main participant.
